The Peninsula is only 30 minutes from San Francisco and about 1.5 hours away from Napa Valley and Pebble Beach. Many of our residents enjoy the summer and winter activities in Lake Tahoe, which is only 4 hours away.

Four of the six most expensive sales in 2017 occurred near and in Atherton. The highest sale ever in the U.S. was the $100M property in Los Altos Hills and the fourth largest sale was the Pine Brook Estate in Atherton for $53M, which was sold by The Gullixson Team.
